Domain Project Development Pty Ltd is a privately owned land development company. Burke Urban Developments Pty Ltd and Wicks Estate Pty Ltd each hold a 50% interest in the business and all three organisations operate from the same office sharing support staff, where close proximity promotes exchange of ideas and expertise.
The Wicks family have a long history in property development, civil construction and primary industry. Whilst adding value to the Domain Project Development brand through extensive practical knowledge they simultaneously own and operate Wicks Estate Wines, a successful South Australian wine brand.
Co-director in Domain Project Developments is Kym Burke of Burke Urban. Kym has been involved in the development industry for more than 25 years since he established his own planning and project management company, Prodec Pty Ltd (now Burke Urban) in 1984.

Linear Park Estate, Athelstone and Highbury, SA
Initiated in 1992 this was a 450-lot integrated residential and riverine development just 13 kilometres from the centre of Adelaide, at the foothills of the Mt. Lofty Ranges.
Located adjacent to the Swan River and the Ascot Racecourse, Ascot Waters was named best urban development in Australia in 2001 by both the Urban Development and Royal Australian Planning Institutes and with peer award recognition from national civil engineering, environmental and landscaping institutions
Another significant and challenging development in Western Australia is the Waterhall land development in Guildford. The development is located approximately 12 kilometres north of Perth, situated on land previously owned by the Guildford Grammar School.
